File Formats & Technical
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, PLY, and most common 3D file formats. If you have a different format, contact us and we'll help you convert it. For best results, we recommend STL or 3MF files with proper mesh resolution.
For most prints, a resolution of 0.1-0.2mm is ideal. Higher resolution files (0.05mm) are recommended for detailed miniatures or jewelry. We can optimize your file if needed.
Yes, we thoroughly check all files for printability issues like non-manifold geometry, holes, or unsupported overhangs. We'll contact you if any modifications are needed.
Timing & Delivery
Most projects are completed within 24-48 hours. Complex or large prints may take longer. We'll provide an accurate timeline with your quote based on size, complexity, and current queue.
Yes, we can accommodate urgent projects for an additional fee. Same-day printing is available for small items. Contact us to discuss your timeline requirements.
We'll notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (your preference) when your print is complete and ready for collection or delivery.
